They grind out the shaft with the rollers so that when the width of the saw changes, install a washer between the bearings.
The shaft must enter two pipes, one of which has a diameter of 1.3 mm and the other one is larger, into which a smaller pipe is inserted.
In a pipe with a diameter of 1.3 mm, the shaft must be located with an offset axis. It is welded to the bottom wall. This unit, consisting of a shaft and pipes, must be fixed to the guides so that the rollers can be installed correctly in height, moved in any direction and firmly fixed after adjustment.
Then you need to install on the roller on the side where the driven pulley is located, a special dropper that will deliver the lubricant-coolant.
Next, make a frame with a height of 1.5 m. It is made of channel number 100. To create additional strength, the machine is strengthened with special kerchiefs.
The cutting unit of the sawmill will be able to move along the channels with the help of stud-screws. Strong fastening of the block for cutting in the device is provided by special bolts with lock nut.
