If this rule, which regulates the presence of a bubble at the “0” mark, is not followed, the leveling should be adjusted. Correction screws should be used, after which the bubble should go to the center point of the circular ruler by one half of the deflection, while the second half should be corrected by means of the lifting screws.

Even after the completion of the thread grid check, there is a possibility that it will be necessary to make an adjustment, this is due to the need to achieve a condition in which the horizontal wire of the grid is oriented at an angle of 90 ° relative to the axis of rotation of the equipment, but the vertical thread should match the plumb line. When detecting deviations of the mesh of the filaments after the verification by means of a plumb line or a ruler that has millimeter divisions, an adjustment is required. To do this, it is necessary to loosen the fastening screws so that it is possible to return the plate with the grid of threads to the final correct position.

When checking it is necessary to ensure that the axis of the circular level is located parallel to the axis of rotation of the tool. Bubble at the round level must be brought to the center point of the circle, you need to use lifting screws, the upper part of the tool should be rotated around the axis by 180 °. Subject to the conditions under which the bubble will be in the center, the work can be considered completed.

Otherwise, the correction screws will allow the bubble to be moved to the central part by half the deviation, while the screws will help bring it to the starting point “0”. In order to check the correctness of the work, the verification must be repeated and verified the results. Before you perform another calibration, you need to bring the tool axis in a vertical position in advance.

Checking the level, it is necessary to ensure that the horizontal mesh thread is located at an angle of 90 ° with respect to the axis of rotation. The middle thread should be put on a well-viewed mark, which is 25-30 m from the tool, after which with the help of a guide screw, gently start to rotate the pipe. The thread should not go beyond the selected mark. The guarantee of this condition is provided by the manufacturer. If the level does not meet this condition, then you have to loosen the screws that hold the grid and the pipe body, then the grid can be set to the desired position.

As a result, 4 positions of the bubble should be obtained under the condition of tilting the tool axis with screws. Position should be directed to all sides of the world. The process of checking and adjusting the level is based on the data obtained b2, b3, b4 and b5. The difference between each of the values ​​between them should not be greater than 1 mm.

If the verification did not allow obtaining the data within the described limits, then the malfunction can be eliminated by a specialist in the workshop.

Otherwise, the compensator will not work correctly.

  • level.

When checking a tool that has a compensator, you should make sure that the suspension system and the damper function properly. Only then will the adjustment be carried out correctly.
