In a homemade vibrator, the driving force will be the drill itself. But the main task is to change the rotational motion to vibratory. Concrete mix is ​​a fairly aggressive environment, so all the metal elements used must be stainless.

So, the work is as follows. To 15 mm the pin is welded rectangular. Such a device will allow, during rotation, to create a course of a diametrical directivity, which will lead to a vibration effect.

Further, the solid rod is fixed with bearings inside a 40 mm tube. But this must be done in such a way that there is a free move. As for bearings, it is recommended not to save on the quality of such parts, since during work they will be given a very large load. Although the liquid concrete does not produce too much dirt during mixing, the bearings must be protected from this. That is, they are protected on both sides, otherwise there is no guarantee that a concrete vibrator made with concrete will last for a long time.

Next, drill through the hole to which the drive will later attach. Its location is one of the ends of the rod.

After that, the tube should be cut, but for the reserve it is better to leave 0.5-1 cm. It will serve as the bow section. Then the sleeve is placed on one end. This closes the rotational part of the vibrator.

After that, the sleeve is packed until it rests on the bearing and hides the joint.

In order to make a vibrator from such a tool, you will need the following materials:

  • punch with a capacity of 1.5 kW or more with the presence of impact function;
  • peak;
  • steel washer.
