A very good morning to respect director, teachers, parents and all my dear friends. Today, we have all gathered here to celebrate the Day of the Republic of India. As it is an important day for all Indians that the Constitution of India came into force that day. Our country India was under slave British rule for many years during which the Indians were forced to follow the laws made by the British government. After years of struggle for Indian freedom fighters eventually India became independent on August 15, 1947.
After two and a half years later, the Indian government implemented its own constitution and declared India as the Democratic Republic. About two years, eleven months and eighteen days was taken by the Constituent Assembly of India to approve the new Constitution of India which was made on 26 January 1950. After being declared a sovereign Democratic Republic, People India began to celebrate January 26 as the Republic Day, every year. A great festive arrangement in the national capital New Delhi and the state capitals takes place throughout India.
Celebration begins with the national flag being developed by the President of India and singing the national anthem. After this parade of the Indian army, Jhankis wise state, March-past, prize distribution, etc. activities are conducted. That day, the whole atmosphere is filled with the sound of the national anthem Gana Mana Jana. Students in schools and colleges are eager to celebrate this event and start preparing about a month earlier. Students who achieve good results in academic, sports or other fields of education are honored with prizes, prizes and certificates on these day fields. The family celebrates this day with friends, family and children taking part in activities organized in social places.
Each village is prepared in the morning before 8 am to watch the celebration on Rajpath, New Delhi in the news on television. On this day of great honor all Indian peoples sincerely promise to safeguard the Constitution, maintain peace and harmony, as well as support in the development of the country. Therefore, friends must love our country and contribute to their growth and development. Jai Hind Jai Bharat
Democracy means nothing if people can not work democracy for the common good. India appeared as the new peasant’s cabin, seizing the plow, outside the cabins, the cobbler and the sweeper. The Republic is open and tolerant, but also knows how and when to be firm and to uphold their values. A republic – if you can keep it – is about limitation, and for good reason, because we are mortal and our actions are imperfect.
We are Indians, first and last. Let us begin together a journey of peace, harmony and progress in South Asia. India appeared as the new peasant cabin, seizing the plow, outside the cabins, the cobbler and the sweeper. Citizenship is the service of the country. India does not lack courageous young men and women and if they have the opportunity and then help, we can compete with other nations in the exploration of space and one of them realize their dreams.
